การรับประกัน เครื่องพิมพ์DTFและอุปกรณ์

1. เครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ ทุกรุ่นรับประกันระบบไฟฟ้า ภายใน 7 วัน ไม่นับรวมถึงหัวพิมพ์ภาพ ระบบฟีดกระดาษ รวมถึงชุดเดินผ่านของน้ำหมึกทั้งหมด
2.เครื่องรีดร้อนรับประกัน1ปี *ไม่รวมคันโยก 
3. การรับประกันจะไม่ครอบคลุม ในกรณี 

- จากการใช้งานผิดประเภท / แก้ไขดัดแปลง / ละเลยและไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำที่กำหนดไว้ 
- สาเหตุจากแรงดันไฟฟ้าไม่ปกติ และ/หรือไม่ได้มาตรฐาน หรือความเสียหายจากสัตว์ หรือแมลงต่างๆ 
- ความชื้นจากน้ำ ของเหลว และ/หรือ ภัยธรรมชาติ เช่น อัคคีภัย, อุทกภัย, แผ่นดินไหว ฯลฯ 
- ความผิดพลาด หรือความประมาท ซึ่งเกิดจากความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนของลูกค้าเอง

Warranty for DTF printers and equipment

1. Printer All models are guaranteed for the electrical system within 7 days, not including the image print head. Paper feed system Including all ink walk-through sets.
2. Hot press machine guaranteed for 1 year. *Not including lever ,Glue dryer, 1 year warranty
3. The warranty will not cover in the case 

- From misuse / modification / neglect and not following the prescribed instructions. 
- Caused by abnormal voltage and/or not up to standard or damage from animals or various insects 
- Moisture from water, liquids and/or natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc. 
- Mistakes or carelessness This is caused by a misunderstanding by the customer.
